Refund and exchange policy
- We are happy to exchange items in regular price within 14 days after purchase date.
- All items must be returned unworn undamaged, unused and with original tags attached.
- Refund & exchange is possible within 14 days only. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs and the courier fee in case of pick up of returned/exchanged item.
- Please allow up to 21 days if your refund is through a Bank transfer.
