For orders placed inside Egypt, delivery is carried out within 5-6 working days for orders that take place before 5 PM any weekday except Friday and public holidays. Orders placed after 5 Pm will be processed the next day.

The shipment can be opened while the courier awaits. If the items is not suitable you can return them to the courier and pay the shipping fee. In case of an exchange and/or refund request please check our Exchange & refund policy.
