Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

لدينا سياسة استرجاع لمدة 14 يومًا، مما يعني أنه يمكنك طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من استلامه.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلًا للاسترجاع، يجب أن يكون بنفس الحالة التي استلمته بها، غير مستخدم أو غير ملبوس، مع وجود التيكيت والتغليف الأصلي. كما ستحتاج إلى إيصال الشراء أو ما يثبت عملية الشراء.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

المنتجات التالفة أو وجود مشكلة في الطلب

يرجى فحص الطلب فور استلامه والتواصل معنا مباشرة إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب أو إذا استلمت منتجًا خاطئًا، حتى نتمكن من تقييم المشكلة وحلها.

للأسف، لا يمكننا قبول استرجاع المنتجات المخفضة أو بطاقات الهدايا.

 

Exchanges

أسرع طريقة للحصول على المنتج الذي تريده هي إرجاع المنتج الحالي، وبعد قبول طلب الإرجاع يمكنك شراء المنتج الجديد بشكل منفصل.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Orders@camicie-eg.com. The delivery fees will not be included in the refund.

استرداد الأموال

سنقوم بإبلاغك بمجرد استلام وفحص المنتج المرتجع، في حال الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ تلقائيًا خلال 10 أيام عمل. يرجى ملاحظة أن البنك أو شركة بطاقة الائتمان قد تستغرق بعض الوقت لمعالجة وإظهار المبلغ المسترد

إذا مر أكثر من 10يوم عمل منذ الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع ولم تستلم المبلغ، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر:Orders@camicie-eg.com

لن يتم ارجاع رسوم ٤الشحن مع المبلغ المسترد

Items on Sale :

1. Items on sale can only be exchanged with the same amount or more, but cannot be refunded.
2. Items on sale can be exchanged within 14 days after receiving the package.
3. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with the tags attached.
4. If you do not wish to exchange anything now, the item's total will be added to your account's credit. You can use this credit for up to 2 months on anything you want from our store.
   
   .١. غير مسموح بارجاع اوردر في الخصم، يمكن فقط الاستبدال بقطعة اخره بنفس القيمة او اكثر
   .٢. يمكن استبدال القطع في الخصم خلال ٧ ايام من استلام الاوردر
   .٣. يجب ارجاع الاوردر غير مستعمل و غير تالف مع وجود التيكيت
   ٤. اذا لا تريد استبدال الان سيضاف الى رصيدك مبلغ القطعة. يمكنك استخدام هذا الرصيد حتى شهرين
