Exchange and Refund

Items in regular price in Egypt

1. You can exchange and/or refund your order within 7 days after you receive it.
2. The items must be unworn, undamaged and with the tags still attached.
   
3. Your refund will be through a banking transfer. Please allow 21 days for the transfer to process.
4. The delivery fees will not be included in the refund.

   ١. يمكن استبدال الاوردر خلال ٧ ايام من  بعد الاستلام
   ٢. يجب ارجاع الاوردر غير مستعمل و غير تالف مع وجود التيكيت
   ٣. سيتم ارجاع المبلغ للعميل من خلال تحويل بنكي. التحويل قد ياخذ حتى ٢١ يوم للانتهاء
   ٤. لن يتم ارجاع رسوم الشحن مع المبلغ المسترد

Items on SALE in Egypt

1. Items on sale can only be exchanged with the same amount or more, but cannot be refunded.
2. Items on sale can be exchanged within 7 days after receiving the package.
3. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with the tags attached.
4. If you do not wish to exchange anything now, the item's total will be added to your account's credit. You can use this credit for up to 2 months on anything you want from our store.
   
   .١. غير مسموح بارجاع اوردر في الخصم، يمكن فقط الاستبدال بقطعة اخره بنفس القيمة او اكثر
   .٢. يمكن استبدال القطع في الخصم خلال ٧ ايام من استلام الاوردر
   .٣. يجب ارجاع الاوردر غير مستعمل و غير تالف مع وجود التيكيت
   ٤. اذا لا تريد استبدال الان سيضاف الى رصيدك مبلغ القطعة. يمكنك استخدام هذا الرصيد حتى شهرين
